Quantro provides interior design and renovation services for residential and commercial properties in Singapore. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Interior design consultation and conceptualization
• Space planning and layout optimization
• Material and product selection
• 3D visualization and renderings
• Project management and execution
• Renovation and construction services
• Furniture and fixture procurement

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice or liability.

2. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Use our website to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of our website, the server on which our website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our website
• Attack our website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access our website for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on our website
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful

4. Design and Renovation Services

4.1 Engagement

Our design and renovation services are provided based on a formal agreement between you and Quantro. This agreement will detail the scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and pricing.

4.2 Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your needs, preferences, and property
• Respond promptly to requests for information or approvals
• Grant access to your property as required for measurements, inspections, and work execution
• Secure necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities (unless specified otherwise in your service agreement)
• Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule
• Review and provide feedback on design proposals and other deliverables in a timely manner

4.3 Changes and Modifications

Changes to the agreed scope of work may affect the project timeline and costs. All changes must be documented and approved in writing. Additional fees may apply for changes requested after work has commenced.

4.4 Subcontractors

We may engage subcontractors to assist in providing our services. We will be responsible for the performance of our subcontractors and ensure they comply with all applicable standards and regulations.

4.5 Warranties

We provide warranties for our renovation work as specified in your service agreement. These warranties are subject to proper use and maintenance by the client.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees and Pricing

Our fees and pricing for design and renovation services will be outlined in your service agreement. All quoted prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms typically include:

• An initial deposit at the time of signing the service agreement
• Progress payments at predetermined project milestones
• Final payment upon project completion

The specific payment schedule will be detailed in your service agreement.

5.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in work suspension and/or late payment fees. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies and potential refunds are specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• Deposits are non-refundable unless specified otherwise
• Cancellations after work has commenced may result in charges for work completed and materials purchased
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of approval

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, videos, audio, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Quantro and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without our express written consent.

6.2 Design Work

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement:

• Quantro retains ownership of all design concepts, drawings, 3D renderings, and other design materials created during the design process
• Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final designs for the intended project only
• Quantro reserves the right to use photographs and descriptions of completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, respecting client privacy as outlined in our Privacy Policy

6.3 Trademarks

The Quantro name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Quantro or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

7. User Content

If you provide us with ideas, suggestions, documents, or proposals ("User Content"), you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, prepare derivative works of, publish, distribute, and sublicense User Content for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights in and to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity
• Your User Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT OUR WEBSITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

For our design and renovation services, warranties are limited to those explicitly stated in your service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUANTRO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR WEBSITE
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR WEBSITE
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

For our design and renovation services, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the services directly related to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quantro, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your use of our website or services
• Your violation of any rights of a third party

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website or services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our website and services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your service agreement with us, you must follow the termination procedures outlined in that agreement.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date. If, in our sole discretion, we make a material change to these Terms, we will notify you through our website or by sending an email to the address associated with your account.

By continuing to access or use our website or services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our website and services.
